Feedback Review Board
Welcome. You have reached the online home of the ISS STOXX Feedback Review Board.
The ISS STOXX Feedback Review Board (FRB) provides a mechanism for stakeholders (corporations, institutional investors, and various market constituents) to communicate with ISS STOXX when previously doing so through established and first-instance channels of outreach have proved unsuccessful. Affected entities—i.e., those subject to ISS STOXX voting recommendations, ratings, scoring, etc.–, rather than advisors to those entities, should avail themselves of the FRB.
ISS STOXX has long been committed to constructive engagement and has continuously raised the bar for transparency and inclusion in its policy formulation and its research process. Since 2005, ISS STOXX has invited asset managers, asset owners, alternative investment managers, corporations, and market constituents to provide input into its proxy voting policies worldwide. Further, all stakeholders have visibility into the policy frameworks, FAQs, and other information that underlies ISS STOXX annual meeting research and recommendations, including through the Policy Gateway. With the 2012 introduction of the FRB, ISS STOXX set a new standard for openness to all market participants.

- A replacement for both established and primary channels for engaging with ISS STOXX on time-sensitive or company specific matters (i.e., engagements with ISS STOXX researchers coordinated through the ISS Help Center, annual Benchmark policy survey, Benchmark policy comment period, etc.).
