Beware of Fraudulent Websites Drawing on Our Name and Brand

“Qontigos.com” and “issethixab.com” have no relation to ISS STOXX GmbH

Certain individuals or groups falsely claim to be associated with ISS STOXX GmbH and/or its legacy businesses, brands, or names as a means of luring unsuspecting individuals into deceptive and fraudulent investment opportunities. These scams typically involve promises of high returns, minimal risks, and convincing sales pitches while the perpetrators may use official-looking documents and/or create official-looking websites that mimic our branding to create an illusion of legitimacy.

If someone contacts you via e-mail, post, text messages, or via other person-to-person messaging apps claiming to be associated with ISS STOXX or one of its sub- or legacy brands, please treat the outreach with caution until you can independently verify their identity. Be aware that documents provided by those associated with these fraudulent sites may appear to be signed by senior staff of our company to mislead you into believing these are valid documents. These materials may be created by misusing materials freely available on the internet and do not prove the sender is authentic.

We take attempted fraud and the misuse of our brand names very seriously and are committed to upholding the integrity of our brands and protecting the interests of investors and the public. Please exercise caution and remain vigilant to avoid falling victim to these fraudulent schemes.

If you feel that you were targeted by or invested in a fraudulent scheme with a company purported to be associated with ISS STOXX and/or its legacy businesses, brands, or names, we suggest that you immediately report the individuals to your local law enforcement agency, which is best placed to investigate such crimes. Reports to the police can often also be submitted online.

We have identified a fraudulent website which leverages our “Qontigo” name (qontigos.com) and one that references our subsidiary in Sweden, ISS Ethix AB (issethixab.com) in use by investment fraudsters as of January 1, 2024. ISS STOXX has no association whatsoever with either website and we have flagged this with authorities. This is likely not an exhaustive list of such fraudulent websites.

The products and services described on this website are provided by entities within the ISS STOXX group and may be subject to different regulatory frameworks. These entities are separate, but affiliated, subsidiaries of ISS STOXX GmbH.
