Results data can be viewed on screen alongside voting activity or leveraged in a variety of trend analysis and vote activity reporting.

Management of Power of Attorney documentation can be complex, costly and time-consuming. We guide your clients through the process, from provision of document templates and guidance notes for completion to document checking, tracking and reporting.

We work with the relevant local custodians to ensure document validity and provide visibility for clients through on-screen voting alerts and other scheduled reporting options. Reporting is available to indicate when an existing document is available, as well as when a client holds a new position in a market requiring Power of Attorney.
