Christoph Hansmeyer

Chief Financial Officer

Christoph Hansmeyer is Chief Financial Officer with overall responsibility for ISS STOXX’s financial activities and global finance organization, including Accounting, Treasury, Deal Analysis, Accounts Payable, Tax, and Financial Planning & Analysis. Based in New York, he joined the firm in October 2023.

Previously, Christoph was Managing Director and Chief of Staff for Pre-Trading at Deutsche Börse Group, overseeing the division’s strategy development as well as M&A transactions, and prior to that served as Head of Group Strategy and M&A/Chief of Staff to the CEO. Before joining Deutsche Börse Group, Christoph was Head of Group Strategy & Portfolio Management and Deputy Head of Group Merger & Acquisitions at Allianz SE in Munich. Christoph started his career at Goldman Sachs within the Investment Banking Division’s Financial Institutions Group as a financial analyst. He was promoted to Managing Director in December 1999.

Christoph holds an MBA from WHU Koblenz in Germany.
