Virginia “Ginny” Gomez is Chief Executive Officer of ISS STOXX with responsibility for providing overall leadership and guidance on the company’s strategic priorities and direction, developing and catalyzing the firm’s extensive product roadmap, and managing its day-to-day operations. As CEO, Ginny oversees more than 4,000 financial industry professionals operating across 34 global locations and spanning five discrete business lines: Index, Governance, Sustainability, Corporate, and Market Intelligence.
Ginny has over 20 years of leadership experience, and brings to ISS STOXX deep expertise in technology, data, and AI as well as an extensive strategic, commercial, operational, and marketing background.
Prior to ISS STOXX, Ginny served as President for North America at Dun & Bradstreet with responsibility for the strategic vision and long-term growth of the company’s regional businesses, including Finance & Risk and Sales & Marketing, and the management of Product, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Before joining Dun & Bradstreet, she served as Executive Vice President of Product and Portfolio Management at TransUnion. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at First Advantage, where she was responsible for product strategy, marketing, and business development for the company’s global screening solutions (formerly LexisNexis Risk Solutions Group) and initiatives. She also held senior leadership positions at Lulu and PeopleFluent.
Ginny graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
