ISS STOXX Introduces New Research Services to Support Investors’ Proprietary Stewardship Programs

NEW YORK (October 7, 2025) – ISS STOXX, a leading provider of comprehensive and data-centric research and technology solutions that help capital market participants identify investment opportunities, detect qualitative and quantitative portfolio company risks, and meet evolving regulatory requirements, today introduced two new governance research services designed to meet the evolving and varied needs of institutional investors seeking further flexible options to support their proprietary investment stewardship programs.

The first new service, Gov360, delivers impartial research reports on global portfolio company shareholder meetings through the provision of high-quality data and analysis to support investor decision-making on voting items. Notably, the service does not include vote recommendations but allows institutional investors to leverage ISS STOXX’s deep well of governance data and expertise to inform their own independent vote decisions.

The second new service, Custom Lens, provides tailored research reports that afford investors the flexibility to fully customize the data, analysis, and recommendations—based on their proprietary voting policies—included in their shareholder meeting research. Custom Lens subscribers can customize the format, nature and scope of the content, and criteria requirements of their reports. ISS STOXX will then apply client-specific criteria, thereby enabling investors to showcase their custom policy recommendations and rationales along with the supporting data and analysis within a single document. Custom Lens also allows subscribers to white label reports.

Reports for both the Custom Lens and Gov360 services can be distributed via clients’ existing delivery channels to ensure ease of access.

“ISS STOXX understands that investors are not monolithic in their views, and, consequently, provides numerous investment stewardship offerings across data, analytics, research, and operational tools to support their unique philosophies and those of their underlying beneficiaries,” said Lorraine Kelly, Global Head of Investment Stewardship Solutions at ISS STOXX. “In today’s complex and rapidly shifting markets, institutional investors need service options that evolve to meet their needs, and we are pleased to serve as a trusted provider of high-quality data, world-class research, and turnkey solutions that support and scale their investment stewardship programs.”
